DIGITAL CINEMA

TERMS OF USE

Last updated 25 August 2026

By using DIGITAL CINEMA, operated by CodeFather L.L.C-FZ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Tickets and access

DIGITAL CINEMA sells single tickets to individual films and premieres. There is no subscription. A ticket grants you a personal, non-transferable right to stream that title on your own devices for the viewing window shown at purchase. Tickets are consumed digital goods and are non-refundable once playback begins, except where local law requires otherwise.

Filmmaker revenue

Filmmakers receive 80 percent of net ticket revenue for their titles and DIGITAL CINEMA retains 20 percent to run the platform. Payouts are recorded in the studio ledger and settled to the payout details on file.

Your conduct

  • Do not record, re-stream, download outside the app, or redistribute any film.
  • Do not share your account credentials outside your household.
  • Do not upload content you do not own the rights to, and respect the rating and disclosure rules when publishing.
  • Keep chat in premieres and watch parties civil. Abuse can end your access.

Content and availability

Titles, premieres and prices can change or be withdrawn as licences change. We aim to give notice before a title you hold a valid ticket for becomes unavailable.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or piracy.
