PRIVACY POLICY

DIGITAL CINEMA is operated by CodeFather L.L.C-FZ. This policy explains what we collect when you use the DIGITAL CINEMA apps for iOS, Android, tablet, web and television.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, display name and profile picture you choose.
• Playback data: what you watched, where you stopped, your list and your ratings, so playback resumes on any device.
• Purchase data: tickets, tips and merchandise orders. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
• Device data: device type, app version and crash diagnostics used to keep the app stable.

How we use it

We use your data to deliver playback, sync your progress between devices, process ticket purchases, pay filmmakers their share of ticket revenue, and improve programming recommendations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Storage and security

Data is stored on managed Supabase infrastructure with row level security, so a viewer record is only readable by that viewer. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

Your rights

You can edit or remove your name and photo at any time in Settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings, Danger zone, Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Children

DIGITAL CINEMA is not directed at children under 13. Parental controls and maturity ratings are available in Settings for family profiles.
